The buzz is out there about the big storm this Saturday-Sunday. Of course it’s too early for specifics, but it does look like a large and wet storm system will move slowly from the four-corners region to the central high plains this weekend.
Uncertainty 1: Some areas are likely to get heavy precipitation. Whether that will be the Front Range region is not a done deal, but the possibility is very real.
Uncertainty 2: It will not likely be a very cold storm system, so it looks like a big portion of lower elevation precipitation may be rain. But heavy wet snow in the urban corridor can’t be ruled out yet.
